Our products can be returned for any reason within 15 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The product was received in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is in ‘as new’ condition, is not damaged and contains all accessories
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return or refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return the product: with its original packing and the RMA number, to the address provided by Montauk Systems Corporation. Product that is returned missing accessories, or has visible signs of use or damage may be accepted for refund at the discretion of Montauk Systems and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Montauk Systems.
